Testa 60 Lens

The Testa Lens set protects the user from grit and abrasives during blasting operations. It is designed for durability and clear visibility, ensuring safety and comfort. The lens set consists of an Inner lens (1 mm), an Outer lens (0.5 mm), and a Mylar lens (0.125 mm), all precisely manufactured from durable polycarbonate sheets to provide reliable protection and clarity during blasting operations.

The inner lens acts as the operator’s final layer of protection, safeguarding the eyes and face from any remaining particles. It stays clear of direct abrasive impact, ensuring unobstructed vision, while also providing comfort and reliable safety during long blasting operations

The outer lens serves as a shield for the inner lens, protecting it from scratches, dust, and abrasive wear. By absorbing most of the damage, it significantly extends the lifespan of the overall lens system while maintaining a clear surface for accurate and safe blasting

The perforated cover lens or mylar lens functions as the first line of defense, taking the brunt of heavy grit and abrasive impact. Its design helps distribute force across the surface, reducing wear on the outer lens. Since it is easily replaceable, it ensures long-term durability and cost-effective protection of the helmet lens system.
