Blast Machine 300 LTR Double Chamber
Continuous blasting for up to two operators
Double chamber Blasting Machines permit continuous blasting. The 300-liter machine can be equipped with single or twin outlets, allowing two operators to work without interruption. To avoid frequent and time-consuming filling periods, a system of a double-chamber blasting pot has been developed, ensuring a permanent provision of the blasting unit with abrasive.
Our double-chamber blast equipment can be used by up to two operators for independent, parallel work. Additionally, the blast machine may be refilled without stopping the blasting process thanks to the double-chamber design. Because of this, the system is ideal for both continuous duty and automated manufacturing.

Requirements for operation (required but not included with this equipment): clean, dry, compressed air of sufficient volume to maintain the desired pressure at the nozzle; minimum 12 cfm at 50 psi to close the pop-up valve and pressurize the blast machine; OSHA-required remote control system that interrupts blasting if the operator loses nozzle control; NIOSH-approved, type CE, supplied-air respirator; Grade D breathing-air supply as defined by the Compressed Gas Association Commodity; abrasive blast media specifically marketed for abrasive blasting and appropriate for your application; appropriate blast suit, work boots, hearing protection and eye protection.
